We're James, Kevin and Tom.
We've each spent the last decade working in our separate fields of architecture, urbanism and policy.
​
James has practiced as an architect both nationally and internationally on a wide range of projects from schools to skateparks. These diverse experiences taught him the crucial need for holistic project planning from brief definition to project handover.
​
Kevin has worked at world renowned architects MVRDV in the Netherlands and Buro Ole Scheeren in China. Understanding the potential of design to inspire change and build a better world, Kevin is motivated to apply this in a multi-disciplinary practice.
​
Tom has worked for international consultancies, foundations and think tanks developing strategies and policies for national and city governments across the world. He realised there was too much big picture thinking and not enough big picture implementation.
We're called ACT because we realised sometimes it's better to ACT than wait.
